Registration Process for All Karratha Shotokan Karate Members

 

To complete your membership registration for Karratha Shotokan Karate, please follow the steps below:

 

Step 1 — Complete the Code of Conduct & Waiver

All members and parents must read and sign this form before proceeding to registration.

This ensures that everyone understands their responsibilities, safety requirements, and the club’s policies.

 

Step 2 — Automatic Redirect to the Registration Page

Once you submit the signed form, you will be automatically redirected to the Registration & Payment page.

You do not need to press any other button.

 

Important

You cannot register without completing this Code of Conduct & Waiver first.

 

If you have more than one child training at our dojos, please complete a separate waiver form for each child.
